The Waiting Game

Just to give everyone a quick update. . .

I called my family Dr.'s nurse (Connie) and spoke to her about being more proactive about trying to find out IF I have any health issues other than an appendix that needs to be removed. Dr. Beamer had told me he thinks there is more going on but doesn't seem to be in a hurry to find out what it is. We ran blood tests on July 15th that showed an even higher blood count on my CRP test than the count was while I was in the hospital. The CRP is a test that indicates inflammation in the body. After seeing the results of the blood test Dr. Beamer decided that he just wants to wait and run the test again 8/10. I got the impression from Connie that my family Dr., Dr. Scott, didn't want to step on Dr. Beamer's toes. Dr.Scott reluctantly agreed to call and talk to Dr. Beamer to see what he is thinking could be wrong and then get back with me.

That was on Tuesday and here I am . . . . . . . still waiting.
